We are experienced property owners/managers, and as I'm certain all of our past and current tenants will attest to, we are great landlords.  We began purchasing investment homes in 1996 and have added to our portfolio since then.

Our homes are in Nashville, Brentwood and Franklins best and most desired areas (also one in Morgantown WV and AirBNB's at Tims Ford Lake and Asheville NC).  We take care of our properties and if there is ever an issue it is addressed in hours not days.  All properties are regularly updated when needed and we take pride in having well kept rental properties

A little about us, we have lived in the Nashville area over 30 years where we have raised our son (in Masters program at UGA - Go Dawgs  and daughter (Junior at College of Charleston)).  We currently live within 15 -20 minutes of all our properties (except the two located in other cities).  We love the area and have no plans to ever leave!
